NOTE: Undergraduate, graduate & PhD students. To be eligible, an official certificate or document provided by the school for proof of current enrollment must be submitted.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM

Attendees must register by filling out one Online Registration form per person. Please, introduce the attendee's name, surname, company or institution, city, and country as wished to appear on the conference badge.

Once you complete the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email; if you do not receive it, please contact the Technical Secretariat: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 

If the student registration is selected, please, provide proof of a present enrollment in an academic institution.

A confirmation voucher and pro forma invoice will be sent right after the payment is received.

VISAS

Please be advised that your registration is completed only after the registration fee is paid in full! Should you need a Guaranty letter (for visa purposes). Organizers of 9ECM will not issue any Guarantee letters for participants who have not completed their registration (e.g. paid the registration fee in full).

PAYMENTS

All payments have to be made in Euros. The following payment methods are available:

Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.Bank

Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically upon request by e-mailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option will only be available until June 30th, 2024 – 23:59 CEST.

Payment on-site: Cash (Euro) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.

No personal bank checks will be accepted.

Only Pro Forma invoices will be issued until we receive your payment. After the conclusion of the Congress you will also receive a final Invoice, confirming the completion of our service to you.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Delegates may receive a refund less 50€ processing fee for cancellation requests according to the dates detail below:

Cancellations requests before March 15, 2024 – 23:59 (CET): 75% of the registration fee is refunded

Cancellations requests before May 31, 2024 – 23:59 (CEST): 50% of the registration fee is refunded

No refunds will be granted for cancellation after May 31, 2024.

Refunds will be issued after the Conference. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros.

9ECM Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • If you plan to attend the Opening Ceremony on Monday July 15th, please note that the congress badge will be required. Badges can be collected on Sunday, July 14th from 17:00 to 20:00h at Faculty of Fine Arts , University of Seville (City Center), as well as on Monday, July 15th, at the Maestranza Theatre from 08:30 to 11:00 hours.
  • To avoid unnecessary queues and delays, we kindly encourage you to complete this process on Sunday, if possible.
  • If you get your badge before the Opening Ceremony, please collect the delegate´s material (bags, program at a glance, etc) from Monday, July 15th at 13:00h at the School of Engineering of the University of Seville (Conference Main Venue), as well as any other day of the Conference.
  • During the congress, the registration desk will be located at the School of Engineering of the University of Seville.
